العلاقة بين الفقه الإسلامي و القانون الوضعي

This study aims at explaining the relation between Islamic jurisprudence and positive jurisprudence .The study showed the deference between the two :the second as man made and the first with its principles from the Quran and Sunnah.

The study is divided into an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion The researcher concluded with the most important results which are : There is no harm in taking from Expcrian from the applied technical rides of the jurisprudence, which doesn’t contradict with sharia principles
