الملخص

This study has been planned as a practical research for studying the strategic prospective of the energy resources management in the Sudan during the continuously changing internal and external strategic environments. This is done via studying the strategic prospective of the energy resources management.

    The research used the descriptive method to describe the energy resources and the Sudan internal and external strategic environment, and   the functional method to seek the nature and the function of the energy resources management. The analytical method is used to analyze and check precisely the stage of the foreign and internal partnerships؛ and the statistical method to analyze, quantitatively and qualitatively, the collected data is employed.

     There is a positive relationship between the Sudan's energy resources management and the establishment of the internal partnerships. there is also apositive relationship between the Sudan's energy resources management and the enhancement of the regional and international partnerships and there is a positive relationship between the Sudan's energy resources management and the environment.

A national strategy to manage the energy resources is to be planed and followed to realize the most useful exploitation of the resources to enable the transfer of technology and sharing of strategy in the global market and the political and security support to protect the environment and the rights of the coming generations.
