The reasach aims of showing the meaning of perference in language and in savants’ terminologies and also the meaning of punishment then showing the phases of preference btween cnme punishments on human beings and what is less than that , and whose right is it to choose btween these punishments.

This is done by referring to books of religious teachings in the differeut schools to show the sayings of savants and their proois in that then choosing the most sounding of these sayings
