Abstract

This research dealt with women’s rights in accordance with international institutes and charters, and the research problem lies in clarifying the issues that concern women and everything related to women’s rights, duties and obligations and clarifying what those rights are and comparing them with the rights stipulated in Islamic Sharia, and the aim of the research is to clarify more effective laws that protect women and ensure  She has her rights and the establishment of judicial bodies to protect women, and the importance of the research comes in determining the social and economic conditions of women, clarifying their rights in Islamic law and international conventions, and identifying the main obstacles that prevent the integration of women in the development process as a contribution. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are:  It deals with women and their rights, and the research reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: enacting appropriate procedures and effective mechanisms that ensure that women obtain their legitimate rights and bridge the gap between regulations and their implementation.
