المرتكز القيمي وتأسيس الرؤية الإسلامية للإنسان (قراءة في كتاب الاستئذان من صحيح البخاري)
Abstract
Abstract
This article examines the intrinsic relationship between Islamic ethics and its holistic vision of humankind as expressed in the chapter of Istiʾdhān in Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī. The authors argue that Islamic social etiquettes of Istiʾdhān (seeking permission) are not merely the procedural norms, but they are the essential expressions of human individual privacy and personal dignity. A comprehensive textual analysis is conducted to explore the prophetic guidance regarding privacy as a harmonizing boundary between the self and society. The study demonstrates that the ethics of permission necessitate the need for clarity in social interaction. It further emphasizes the importance of divine revelation for understanding human nature and the higher purpose of human existence. It is concluded that the Islamic ethical aims to foster a self-esteemed and socially integrated human personality from all angles.
