Abstract

This research addresses the issue of counting the verses of the Quran. It aims to collect and study Sheikh Abdul Fattah al-Qadi's guidance on counting the verses of the Holy Quran, as presented in his book "Bashir al-Yusr: A Commentary on the Poem of the Flower," from the beginning of Surah al-Fatihah to the end of Surah an-Nisa. The research also seeks to shed light on the personality of Sheikh Abdul Fattah al-Qadi, about whom little has been written, despite his prominent position in the science of verse counting and Quranic readings
