Abstract:

This study dealt with the forensic policy which entitled (Questions of Forensic Policy in Al-gordobi's Exegesis). The study aimed at highlighting greatness, perfection and fairness in addressing all aspects of life, and its reflection on the policy which is based on rules, provisions and guidance of legislation, and clarifying that the human throughout his life continues to seek the best way to realize ruling of human communities in terms of right and fairness. The researcher approaches the research facts by answering the central question: Did the Prophet's (PBUM) religion comprises all aspects of life, and addressing economic, social, ethical and doctrinal problems via the Holy Qur’an and Al-Gordobi's Exegesis as an example, the researcher used the inductive analytical method and nature of the study entailed the use of more than one method.

The study came in an introduction, preface, eight enquiries and conlusion, the most important findings of the study are: the purpose of "Al- nisa" Surah is to establish a state that realize rules and legislations of Islam, adopting the Holy Qur’an as constitution, focusing on maintaining trusts and realizing justice in ruling the people, this is the real meaning of the forensic policy. The Islamic Sharia is not helpless in confronting changing reality of life and new events of policy. Deadly danger of hypocrites on Muslim community and individuals in state of peace and war. The researcher recommends the academic institutions to link the applied and human disciplines via accurate studies with rulings of forensic policy to put an end to disassociation of rulings of forensic policy with reality of Muslim community.
