Abstract :
The study aimed to know the effect of the change in the money supply on the macroeconomic variables in Sudan , using annual time series data during the period (2010- 2019). The study used a multiple linear regression model and estimating the equation by the method of ordinary least squares, The time series were tested by Dickey- Feller and Phillips test , And the Johansson test to analyze the relationship between the study variables. The study used the descriptive analytical approach and the econometric approach Eviews(9). and one of the most important results there is an inverse relationship between inflation and investment deposit , the coefficient of determination in the model is 0.81%, That means that the independent variables explains the change that occurred to the dependent variable by 81% ,An increase in inflation by 1% leads to a decrease in deposits by 15.9%, 10.1% . The most important recommendations were the study and follow- up of inflation rates by commercial banks, as one of the main factors affecting the decision to deposit.
