Abstract

Administrative development and political development are two complementary processes aimed at improving the performance of the state and achieving its goals. Administrative development focuses on developing structures, practices, and policies to achieve greater efficiency within state institutions, while political development encompasses the development of political institutions and structures to enhance participation, legitimacy, and accountability. Administrative development can be considered a fundamental approach to effective political development, creating an environment conducive to achieving stability and growth.
